     Cape Cod Crew - "C3"

Basic rowing instruction for novices.  Novices can join the team at any time of the year, however, Fall, Winter, and Summer are the best time to learn.  Although, through the use of our exclusive Indoor Rowing Facility, we have the ability to teach the basics of rowing to novices, in a comfortable environment, complete with video feedback.  Novices learn and train directly with the more experienced members of the team, something we find builds team unity as well as speeds-up the process of learning the basics for new rowers.
